Facilitate monthly meetings of CEOs and business owners working through challenges and developing strategies in a non-competing, confidential forum.

Chairs engage Christian CEOs and owners in their market and invite them to build great businesses for a greater purpose.
Chairs facilitate executive level curriculum, peer to peer interaction and learning, and 1 on 1 coaching sessions.

The C12 business is a unique structure offering tremendous eternal impact in the lives of CEOs while earning a professional income. There are several ways to serve as a C12 Chair including pioneering a new market in an open territory without a C12 presence, joining an existing team in an established C12 market, or joining as part of an intentional succession plan.
Discerning a Chair role is an invitation for both the prospect and C12 to discover if this is God’s highest and best calling for both parties. Out of hundreds of inquiries, less than 10% are selected as C12 Chairs each year. The vetting process is intentional and rigorous. The process takes 4-8 weeks, but may vary depending on the applicant’s schedule.
