Steve brings over 25 years of business experience to his position as a C12 Chair in the Susquehanna Valley region of South Central Pennsylvania. Steve learned business from the ground up, starting his career in manufacturing at the entry level. Upon completion of his engineering degree, Steve’s experience progressed into operations and engineering leadership roles, including plant management (200+ FTEs, $11MM annual budget) and executive engineering management (design and manufacturing engineering support of $32MM in annual sales). During Steve’s career, he gained a reputation for applying his knowledge of project management, lean principles, quality systems, and team development with the ability to integrate the technical and human elements needed to ensure success. Despite a promising professional career, Steve answered the call to pursue vocational ministry in 2003.
After graduating from seminary, Steve accepted a leadership role with the largest provider of workplace chaplain services. His experience in workplace chaplaincy allowed Steve to become a trusted advisor to business owners and CEOs who valued his understanding of challenges in both business and life, along with his practical approach in applying biblical principles to overcome those challenges. Nearly 10 years after beginning his service in the workplace mission field, Steve answered another call to the next level of workplace ministry through C12. As a C12 Chair, he is committed to equipping and encouraging business leaders to glorify God in their work and life.
