After 30 years of varied business and ministry experience, Mike joined C12 Group as Area Chair for Portland-Vancouver. His experience includes
- 10 years in corporate management and marketing roles, including Business Unit Manager for TransTechnology Corp. and President of a direct marketing company
- 10 years in government and ministry in roles such as CIO and Development Director with organizations such as Greater Portland PRC, Luis Palau Association, and the largest ESD in Oregon
- 10 years consulting and helping business owners build their companies using best practice methods such as E-Myth Mastery and Full Spectrum Business Development
This experience, combined with formal education and specialized post-graduate training in Enterprise Development, prepare Mike to help Christian CEOs, Presidents and Owners to build great businesses as they increase their ministry impact.
Mike has seen first-hand the differences in organizations with and without a God-centered focus and brings an informed and practical perspective. As a C12 Chair, Mike dedicates his gifts and experiences as a resource for business leaders. Together, they learn from one another and from C12 proprietary business development resources, encourage one another, and hold each other accountable to take their business, and ministry, impact to the next level.
Mike has served in local churches, teaching, leading worship, and facilitating small groups. He has helped several non-profits to build their capacity for ministry, also. Mike is married to Melody, has five children and one grandchild, and resides in Beaverton, Oregon.
