As C12 Chair for eastern Florida, Dan brings over 30 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship, executive leadership, and project management. His tenure in companies such as GE, Harris, and DRS Technologies spans the defense, communications, robotics, energy management, and law enforcement industries. Based on his God-given passions for business and for serving Jesus, Dan is committed to encourage and equip business Owners and CEOs to achieve excellence while viewing themselves as stewards of God's businesses. As a C12 Chair, these two passions combine to help others "Build Great Businesses for a Greater Purpose."
Dan co-founded a software development company in 2005 which was sold to a strategic buyer in 2012. As CEO, he purposed to run the company by Biblical principles and to honor God. He and his business partner authored core operating principles based on passages in Proverbs which guided strategic and day-to-day operations. Without any knowledge of a Christian-based roundtable to challenge them and hold them accountable, they had to "go it alone." God was faithful and proved Himself to be sufficient, but Dan believes that involvement in a C12 group would have helped tremendously during their startup struggles.
Dan has both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in electrical engineering. He has been awarded a patent for communications technology and has received several awards for design innovation and excellence in quality. Dan enjoys teaching and encouraging others to trust God in all areas of their lives. Since Dan's salvation while in college, he has actively led small-group Bible studies and prayer groups. Mark is one of the original C12 Board members. Under his leadership, TBSC introduced corporate chaplaincy (CCA) and has revamped associate compensation to include 'pay for performance'. Ross journey to his calling as a C12 Group Chair is unique as he served in planning, development, and operational leadership positions in the non-profit sector for more than three decades. His first career was as an executive with the Boy Scouts of America for 33 years. With CEO experiences from coast-to-coast, as well as a role on the BSAs National Staff, Harrop recognized his call to ministry in each leadership assignment within the character building movement that impacted his youth as he became an Eagle Scout.
However, it was in his second career as an Executive Pastor in Colorado Springs, CO that Ross was mentored on the teachings of Jesus (the Kingdom of God is near) and realized he was being prepared for a new vocation and ministry. When Harrop was introduced to The C12 Group in early 2012 and its mission bringing forth the Kingdom of God in the marketplace he knew where he was to be aligned with God in service. It isnt surprising that Ross life verse is Proverb 16:9, In a mans heart he plans his course but the Lord determines his steps.

Brett brings a wide range of experience to his C12 Chair role. Early in his career, he served as an accountant in the public and private sectors and held positions in sales and marketing. Ricky was blessed with a diverse career that placed him in many leadership positions. After a 4-year stint in the US Army, he began his career at GE Healthcare as an engineer, specializing in CT and then MRI systems. A few years later Ricky moved into management and became the lead engineer for the Jacksonville Florida team. His expertise lead to the opportunity to teach MRI physics with a private radiology school where he realized that he liked teaching. After 19 years Ricky made the decision to accept the role of Area Director for GE Healthcare in the North Florida-South West Georgia region. Three years later he was tasked with assuming all of North Florida and South Georgia. His territory, once the smallest in the Southeast zone, overnight became the largest and stretched from St. Augustine Florida to Macon Georgia. His team quadrupled in size overnight. In this role Ricky became Six Sigma certified and studied Lean methodology. In nine years as a director with GE, his teams were recognized for financial and operational excellence when they were awarded the company’s coveted ‘Omega Society’ four times. He retired from GE in 2008 and began consulting in the Tallahassee area, where he had the opportunity to work with nearly half of the state’s government agencies on various projects. In 2011, he was given the opportunity to become the Director Florida’s Division of Corporations, working for Florida’s Secretary of State. Ricky was tasked with bringing a private sector mentality to the Division, and finding solutions for a new trend in crime, Business Identity Theft. In 2013 Ricky left the state and formed Business Shield, Inc., where he provided solutions that protect Florida businesses from Business Identity Theft. He first heard about the C12 Group in 2016 at a seminar on Christian life in the workplace, and then in 2017 he answered the call to become a full time C12 chair for the Florida panhandle.
Ricky is excited to bring his passions together as a C12 Chair! He has a love for leadership, consulting, teaching, investing in and watching people grow. Ricky is a champion of leading with a servant’s heart as God intended. He has served in his church for many years in such roles as elder and home team leader. He loves to be part of the action in worship and has been the church’s Program Director for more than fifteen years.
