Born and educated in the UK, Graham has held senior management positions on both sides of the Atlantic and has been responsible for the global development of several technically-based manufacturing companies in the electronics, automotive, and graphic arts industries. Early in his career, he held international sales and marketing responsibilities where his fluency in French and Spanish were of particular value. He also led a highly successful business expansion into Asia and oversaw the establishment of a number of regional sales and distribution companies across Europe and the U.S. Along the way, Graham has served as President of an $80 Million specialty coatings company in the UK and President of a similar-sized films and chemicals producer in the U.S.
While his first love was sales and marketing, Graham became the consummate all-rounder with particular skills in aligning business vision, strategy and execution. He has a strong record of success in strategic planning, business diversification, business turnaround, start-ups, and the challenges of driving new product development from laboratory to market. He brings a strong focus on the numbers and on the criticality of cash management.
A naturalized U.S. citizen, Graham, now resides in Delaware with his wife Rebecca. Their son, Guy, is an elementary school teacher at Wilmington Christian School. They are immensely proud that he has chosen to serve the Lord through the ministry of teaching.
Having held leadership roles in various churches over the years, Graham believes that God's true call on him is to deploy his broad-based business experience and knowledge to help Christian CEOs build great businesses for the Kingdom as an Area Chair with The C12 Group.
Successful people ask better questions and, as a result, get better answers. Many accomplished CEOs are infamous for their curiosity and enthusiastic questioning of customers and staffers alike. Asking timely, strategic questions is a conversational skill that makes us better at everything related to life and leadership.
