Tom comes to his C12 Chair position after 30 years of business experience covering many industries including banking, aerospace, automotive, and optics. Tom has served in various management and executive roles in sales, marketing, customer service, research, and contract negotiation/administration.Prior to C12, Tom was a part of the C-level team at Trijicon, a family-owned and faith-based optics manufacturer. During his nine-year tenure as VP of Sales and Marketing, Trijicon experienced sustained double and triple-digit growth. Tom is quick to point out that he was just a small part of a great team that executed a well-defined strategic growth plan. Through Gods favor and the diligent work of many people, the company prospered.Tom came to a saving faith in Jesus as a Southern California teenager and has been serving Him for years as a Bible teacher and speaker. In 2002, Tom was called by God to attend seminary (graduating from Moody Theological Seminary in 2008) without knowing how God would use this additional training. He can now see that God was preparing him for his unique role as a C12 Chair. C12 members will benefit from Toms solid Bible knowledge, business acumen, and engaging, practical style.Along with his wife, Sandra, Tom has three grown children and resides in Irvine. He is excited to serve the C12 members of Orange County.
We all want compelling work environments in which we ignite imaginations throughout the company and motivate people to achieve new levels of teamwork and productivity, but for many of us, this ideal feels out of reach.
Consumed by work. Arriving early to the office. Staying late. Working weekends. Feeling frustrated by the daily constraints, all while worrying about the company’s future performance. Living this way sends the possibility of a balanced life out the window. Sound familiar to you?
