Selection Process

Mutually Discerning Our Mutual Fit and God’s Calling

We view the selection of C12 Chairs to be our mutual discernment of your qualifications, especially regarding God’s work in your professional, ministry, and personal life.  We humbly desire to be good stewards and servants in this process and to walk with you to discern God’s will for your vocation through Scripture, prayer, the counsel of godly peers and providential circumstances.

During New Chair Training Week each chair finalist spends in-depth time with a veteran C12 Chair, one of C12's senior leaders and participates in both C12 Group and One-to-One member coaching meetings, culminating in the demonstration of proficiency in all key areas.  This initial training is followed by ongoing training and practice building opportunities, such as the 8-session territory development training series, monthly chair teleconferences, twice-annual national chair training seminars, plus twice-annual optional regional training seminars.

Upon successful completion of Training Week, if we mutually agree, you will be eligible to acquire a new C12 Franchise or become an Area Chair associated with an existing Franchise.

As a C12 Area Chair, you will become the owner/operator of a local "C12 practice" in the form of a franchise and have the freedom, responsibilities and benefits associated with building your own valuable business within the parameters of C12's high standards as set forth in the Franchise Agreement.  If operating within another Chair’s franchise, you will have comparable freedoms, responsibilities and benefits as set for in the Covenant of Mutual Benefit jointly authored by yourself, the franchise holder and C12.
