Responsibilities:
As owner of a C12 Franchise, a C12 Chair is responsible for developing and facilitating CEO/owner peer groups in an exclusive geographic area.
• Lead monthly all-day roundtable meetings for peer groups of 10-15 (C12 Advisory Boards), facilitating the
members’ joint participation in and application of C12’s proprietary curriculum, exercises and
best-in-class business improvement technologies to address real-time business problems and
opportunities
• Coach and consult with each member monthly in customized 60-90 minute one-to-one sessions
• Apply proven C12 marketing and member recruiting practices and tools to reach eligible candidates and
secure members to join groups and build your business

Qualifications:
• Business ownership, C-level executive, or comparable corporate leadership success
• Mature Christian character and reputation, loving Jesus Christ and living as His disciple
• Ability to engage and lead business peers as a credible, trustworthy advisor – listening, discerning and
boldly speaking the truth in love to facilitate healthy change
• Desire and perseverance to build a successful business
• Ability to operate an independent business within the standards and mutual accountability of a franchise
• Commitment to this C12 professional practice as one’s primary vocation
