Diane Vaughn addresses the day-to-day demands of communication, reports, finances, printing and orders. She resides in Kernersville, North Carolina with her husband, Randy. Diane has 3 married children and 6 grandchildren with the addition of triplets in July 2008.

Sandra Shumaker

Sandra Shumaker’s responsibilities include public relations, events management and special projects. Her background includes marketing communications, public relations, trade show and event management. She lives in Greensboro with her husband, Don, her daughter, Niki, two cats and a dog.

Carrie McClellan

Carrie McClellan's responsibilities include graphic design, presentation assistance, technology training, web administration and special projects. Carrie's background includes marketing, press relations, web design and graphic design. She lives with her husband, Rick, her son, Braeden, and their two cats, Chloe and Sophia in Lewisville.

Buck currently lives in Cornelia, Georgia, 85 miles northeast of Atlanta. He is happily married to Bonnie for 35 years, and they have three lovely daughters, five “way above average” grandsons, and one very beautiful and huggable granddaughter.

Don is a career CEO/COO who has also served as consultant to senior executives of both S&P 500 companies and smaller privately-held businesses. As C12 Chair in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina, C12 Board member, and most recently as President/COO of The C12 Group, LLC, he is exclusively focused on equipping Christian CEOs/Owners to lead their companies with a powerful blend of timeless Biblical principles coupled with best-in-class general management practices. By pursuing both purposeful servant leadership and effective integration of all activity under the Lordship of Christ, these executives seek a life of Biblical balance, 24 x 7, while finding success and significance. Don has been with C12 since 2002.
With 20+ years of experience gained as top executive of five global leadership companies, Don has overseen 30 business units ranging in size from 100 to 30,000 employees with revenues of up to $2+ billion. With an evangelistic perspective sharpened as a church elder and board director for Christian business and non-profit organizations, Don has helped companies improve performance in both turn-around and growth environments in automotive, consumer and industrial markets. Using lean enterprise/supply chain methods, high-integrity organization-building, and sharp operating execution, he brings a hands-on perspective to the challenges of progressive leaders who view themselves as stewards of the opportunities extended them in their calling in business and as Ambassadors for Christ.
Don is a graduate of M.I.T.'s Sloan School (MBA) and GMI/Kettering University (BSIA) where he served as trustee for many years. He and his bride of 30 plus years, Karen, live in Greensboro, North Carolina. Their son, Brandon, and his lovely wife, Jennifer, reside in Dallas, Texas, with their twin sons.
Steve Hase
Vice President of Development
Steven V. Hase has been a member of a C12 group since 2003 in Greensboro, NC. Steve has joined C12 as Vice President of Development with primary responsibility for overseeing recruiting of Area Chairs, expanding the franchise network, and cultivating an awareness of C12 and the Lord's purpose through Christian marketplace leaders.
From 2004 to 2008, Steve served as Executive Vice President for Imagine Schools overseeing the development and operations of 25 public charter schools in the Southeast, grades K to 12, employing over 1,000 teachers and administrators, serving over 11,000 students, and generating more than $75M in revenue. Steve served his mentor, Dennis Bakke, who is founder of both Imagine Schools and the AES Corporation, a global independent power company, where he embraced and practiced the empowering Joy at Work culture.
Prior to joining Imagine Schools, Steve held various leadership positions with the AES Corporation for 19 years, including VP of Public Affairs of Indianapolis Power and Light, overseeing government and regulatory affairs, communications and marketing; VP of Business Development for new power businesses in the mid-Atlantic and New England, responsible for licensing, financing, designing, constructing and operating large power-generating facilities. Additionally, Steve served as Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Virginia Tech Institute for Advanced Learning and Research. He graduated Magna cum Laude from Duke University (’82) and was awarded an MBA in Finance from George Washington University (’90).
Steve resides with his wife Ashley of 23 years, daughter Elizabeth, and sons Steven, Peter and Andrew in Greensboro, where they are members of Christ Community Church.
