Strategic Affiliates

C12 seeks to provide highly targeted resources aimed at enhancing its members' ability to lead and serve while providing a "safe" environment for their ongoing professional and spiritual development.  Accordingly, C12 generally works to shield its members from the noise and distraction of those attempting to market services to them.  In rare cases, we become acquainted with resources which are so "on target" and beneficial for the C12 community that we openly support them.  Beyond recommended books and equipping resources (see C12 on-line store)  and occasionally cooperative efforts with Christ-centered graduate business schools (e.g., Regent University) and marketplace ministries, C12 maintains an ongoing strategic alliance with:

Leading the way in workplace chaplaincy in America with certified non-denominational chaplains serving hundreds of companies in extending the love of Christ.  CCA provides both employers and employees with practical services which build relationships, provide pastoral care and counseling and address special/critical life events in a helpful and loving way.  The 'time-sharing' approach to providing these confidential chaplains, who serve as ambassadors for the CEO/Owner and Christ, enables even smaller companies to cost-effectively benefit from this life-changing workplace resource...an employer benefit with eternal impact!

In addition to this affiliation, C12 periodically partners with other like-minded organizations to host targeted events/seminars across America for the benefit of its current and prospective members.  These have included one-day seminars (e.g., "Developing a Strategic Action Plan for Ministry in Business" and "Pay for Performance"), Christian Leadership Conferences, and celebratory events/banquets which recognize and reinforce Godly business leadership.
