10-15 Members per Group

Twleve is the ideal number for a C12 Group, as our name implies, allowing for sound interpersonal dynamics and a rich mix of non-competing businesses and functional expertise among members.

$1 Million to $1 Billion+ in Revenues

C12 serves companies with five or more employees and annual revenues of at least $1M. Most C12 members lead mid-sized firms with hundreds of employees.

Non-Competing Peer Environment

The C12 Group is a confidential, solicitation free, safe environment, encouraging members to be honest and open with their challenges in living one integrated life under the Lordship Christ.

Led by Full-time C12 Chairs

C12 Chairs are not distracted by sideline businesses or consulting opportunities. They are experienced, successful business leaders and mature, Biblical worldview Christians committed to serving their members and their markets.

MBA-Level Curriculum

Sharpen and expand your business knowledge through C12’s best-practice, high-impact business materials and processes, relevant for today’s business climate and grounded in Biblical truth.

Safe and Confidential

Each member promises to maintain confidentiality, as sensitive business and personal issues are discussed.

Not a Bible Study or Small Group

C12 is a blend of business leadership best practices and general management tools, coupled with Godly counsel, accountability and Christian business coaching – all based on Biblical principles.

Invitation-only Membership

C12 is a fee-for-service company that operates on membership dues. Prospective members must be invited to join.

Beyond Executive Coaching

C12 goes far deeper than conventional coaching through monthly one-on-one counseling with a full-time Chair, yielding tremendous results for each member and their business.

Grounded in Biblical Truth

God’s Word offers infinite wisdom about business, servant leadership, and how to live one life as an Ambassador for Christ. C12’s business best practices are based on the eternal perspective.

Engage Your Executive Team

Through C12’s Key Players membership, you can improve your key staff’s understanding and alignment with your company mission, vision and core values.
