The proper planning, linkage and utilization of the monthly One-on-One sessions is vital to maximizing a member’s C12 experience!  The One-on-One time provides a monthly 60-90 minute personalized time with your Area Chair to assist you in applying the powerful general management and ministry concepts you discuss in each month’s C12 group setting.  This time is an essential component of C12 's monthly "closed-loop" process.

The purposes of the One-on-One session include:

• Integration and Understanding:  ensuring that concepts are digested well enough to be applied in your setting (identity, clarify, prioritize)
• Follow-through Accountability:  encouraging you to focus on implementation (monthly To-Do list, operational/strategic plans, Key Metrics)
• Intimacy and Encouragement:  coming alongside you to better facilitate spiritual growth, life balance, courageous leadership and healthy group interaction.

Planning a Productive One-on-One Session

Each month, the C12 Area Chair and each individual member bring relevant key issues to the table to help the member maintain healthy linkage in applying key concepts and also to keep growing in their private and public lives under the Lordship of Christ.  Each of the following areas can be discussed during these regular monthly sessions depending on the needs of each member.

As vital ‘glue’ in the overall C12 monthly process, the One-on-One time also gives the member and the Area Chair a chance to consider how best to engage the Christian Business Owner or CEO’s C12 peer group to maximum advantage in the months ahead by systematically framing key issues for upcoming group ‘open table time’.  This helps to integrate the benefits of ‘relationship’ and ‘process’ in a purposeful way.
